We have cultivated a culture of SAFETY that is driven from the top down and is inclusive of all employees from the bottom up! All employees have work-stop authority and are encouraged through various programs to report near-misses, SAFETY concerns, and process improvement ideas.

Using technology and hands-on training sessions for both new hire orientation and recurrent training, we strive to keep our employees SAFETY smart and SAFETY conscious. Hydro Resources has its own in-house smart phone SAFETY app to keep employees connected!

We believe the best SAFETY programs are the most proactive ones! Each office has a designated SAFETY manager to monitor field operations, educate and train employees, and take meaningful action to correct any UNSAFE condition or behavior. The SAFETY team also works hand-in-hand with local management to initiate industry best practices and ensure compliance with all federal and local standards.
